This is a commission from :iconjonestu: : "Vaporeon and Lapras combined in a digital image" .

The Vaporeon's evaporating into the water so it's see-through as seen here. ^^~

To :iconjonestu: : I know you meant the two to be clutching each other or sth like that,but this idea of Vaporeon stalking on Lapras from under popped out of nowhere and I went with it. Also I'm kinda practicing doing background so... sorry. ^^~
